Having known Nick for several years prior to purchasing my home, it was a logical choice for me to work with someone I was already familiar with who I could trust to have my best interest in mind throughout the process. Nicholas was great! This was not only my first home purchase, but also my first multi-family as a new investor. Nick helped me every step of the way and had great insight since he has his own real estate investments. Even after the closing was pushed back because of an issue with the appraisal, Nick helped take care of it and made the process easy for me. We've stayed in touch and he has even helped answer some questions I've had as I've fixed up the property and looked for new tenants. I would recommend Nick to anyone looking for an experienced, skilled, and responsive agent!
