Nicholas Shepherd

I am a seasoned real estate professional with a rich history in the industry. My journey in real estate began in Las Vegas in 2005, where I served as a loan officer, gaining invaluable insights into the financial aspects of the market.

In 2006, I joined Keller Williams Santa Monica working the front desk, and shortly after joined one of the Westside’s top-producing teams. After years of learning from and providing value for the team, I decided to go out on my own as a solo agent while focusing my expertise on residential single-family homes. The following years saw my career flourish as I ventured into various roles within the real estate landscape. In 2010, I joined Power Property Management, overseeing a portfolio of over 1,500 rental units across Southern California, honing my skills in property management.

In 2012, I returned to Keller Williams Santa Monica, redirecting my focus to selling homes and condos throughout the Westside. Not long after my return, I ultimately started my own team with the Nick Shepherd Realty Group. I takes pride in being part of a top-producing team for multiple years, concurrently holding numerous leadership positions within the company.

The year 2023 marked a new chapter for me as i assumed the role of Team Leader for Keller Williams Advisors. In this capacity, I works closely with agents, helping them define and achieve their goals. My passion for leadership and mentorship has allowed me to contribute to the success of both individual agents and the overall growth of the office.
