Nichole is the number 1 realtor in all of Nevada! She is always on top on how the market is looking and has a lot of knowledge about home buying. Whether you are a first homebuyer or buying a second home, Nichole will help you make it happen. She prioritizes her clients and will make any arrangements according to your needs. In my experience, she has delivered the exact home of my dreams and couldn’t ask for anymore. She worked on exactly what I asked for. If you are looking to buy or sell your home in Northern Nevada, I highly recommend Nichole McDade with Craig Team Realty. She is personable and extremely knowledgeable and what I respected the most was she was a straight shooter. She knew what the values of homes should be at and she wasn’t afraid to do a fair offer even if the home was overpriced. She is a seasoned negotiator and her team was on top of the sale throughout the process.

We were able to get the first home we found in (Hidden Valley) Reno, Nevada. Based on comps , experience, and strong negotiation skills - we were able to get this home under contract very quickly and well under asking price.

I would and do highly recommend Nichole to any of our friends and family, as well as coworkers and colleagues.
