His real estate career began in commercial real estate and development, where he specialized in industrial and retail properties across the United States, Canada, and Europe. Throughout his career, Nick has worked closely with investors, developers, and institutional partners, progressing through roles in asset management to Director of Portfolio Management at one of the largest privately owned industrial development companies in the world.
Over nearly a decade in the commercial real estate and development industry, Nick managed a multi-billion dollar global industrial real estate joint venture with the company's flagship institutional investor, being directly involved in more than $1.5 billion in commercial real estate transactions, providing him with a strong foundation in market analysis, deal structuring, risk assessment, and long-term value creation.
Today, Nick leverages this foundation to benefit residential clients, applying the same disciplined approach, strategic thinking, and market insight used in large-scale investments to help individuals and families make smart, well-informed real estate decisions.
