As a Team Director during that time, he has successfully managed over 500 Residential and Commercial Real Estate transactions valued at more than $150,000,000 in sales volume. In 2022 he was named to The Pittsburgh Business Times Who’s Who in Pittsburgh Real Estate when he and his Team Ranked 9th overall with over $53,000,000 in sales volume and 236 transactions completed. In 2023 he was named to Pittsburgh Real Producers® Top 30 Under 35. A life-long Pittsburgher, prior to becoming a successful Realtor®, Nick was a D-1 linebacker at Morehead State University in KY and helped manage a local landscape/construction business for several years advancing his Real Estate knowledge.
