We used Nick to help us both buy and sell our first home and each time he was nothing short of spectacular! He listened to what we wanted/needed, gave us great advice and insight, and ultimately helped us buy our perfect starter home! Then 3 1/2 years later, he helped us sell that home. Each time he was professional, knowledgeable about the market and the buying/selling process, and had great communication with us. Nick helped us navigate buying and selling our first home seamlessly and made it a really great experience. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in the Treasure Valley area.

Selling a home can be stressful and Nick helped us through every step! From the initial sit down to the last minute drop off of cable boxes - he was always just a phone call away and very positive. He also used one of the best photographers and obtained drone images that are so critical to selling a home. You only have one chance to make that first impression and the views you give online are important.

Nick was Extremely helpful to me as a first time home buyer during a difficult market. I also utilized the VA home loan, which added its own obstacles. Nick was seriously amazing. I was a first time buyer as well as a single mom. He was on top of constantly sending me new leads on housing, and understood exactly what I wanted and was just as ambitious as I was to get what I wanted! We’ve bought and sold two homes with Nick and both times were about as smooth as you could ask for. Nick really made sure we were getting good advice and asked great questions that we definitely wouldn’t have thought of. During the closing process Nick caught a mistake in the paperwork prepared by the title company that would have cost us thousands of dollars. Nick is very professional and very knowledgeable. I trust Nick’s advice completely and would never use another realtor. Many of our family members have used Nick as well because he is so great. I would highly recommend Nick if you are in need of buying or selling your home.
