Nick Rigoni

After obtaining a business finance degree from the University of Florida in 2003, Nick embarked on his career in real estate with a national homebuilder. Working as a construction purchasing manager, Nick acquired vast knowledge of the home building process, which he has applied with great success in his work as a real estate agent licensed associate. Nick has 16 years of real estate experience, including new construction, residential, and commercial sales, as well as institutional transactions. Nick spent a decade in developer sales and has successfully closed over $180 million in sales. Having worked extensively within TPC Treviso Bay in Naples, Nick and his team are now the #1 selling resale agents in that community. He also facilitated a $14 million institutional investment transaction in 2008.

These experiences underpinned Nick’s decision from the Rigoni Group 2015. The team quickly demonstrated its advantages, having closed over 160 transactions since its start. Nick is a full-time Vanderbilt Beach resident and has passionate about Naples coastal real estate. Nick is a Florida lifestyle enthusiast and enjoys boating the Naples waterways, golfing, and many nature-related activities.
