I haven’t found anything worth writing an online review about in 15 years…until I met Nick.

The first time I spoke to Nick, he was calling to tell me that my landlord was selling the apartment I was currently living in. Despite those inauspicious beginnings, and after meeting with several other agents, he was so great that I was certain I wanted to work with him to buy my first home.

I was completely overwhelmed with the process and Nick made it simple when I needed it to be and got the details for me when I wanted to dig into them.

From the start, he set excellent expectations, and since he bought his first home in the tough Denver-area market not too long ago there was a sense of solidarity in working with him. We looked at many places but I never felt rushed. He adapted his approach to fit my needs, and together we figured out what I was actually looking for. When I was dejected after being outbid on several homes, he kept the momentum going.

And he did it all with a combination of pleasantness and professionalism that’s rare. I really don’t know how he pulls it off!

Without his wise advice and compassionate persistence, I think I’d still be paying an ungodly amount for a short-term apartment rental in Commerce City right now.

To summarize, Nick is an excellent agent that I would unconditionally recommend to anyone trying to buy a home.

Nick Rizzi is outstanding. What I love the most is whether you're purchasing a $300,000 starter home or selling a $4 million dollar ranch in the country, the customer service and respect he provides is truly unmatched and is given to every single one of his clients.
