Nick helped me purchase and sell in Colorado and did a great job both times. On the most recent sale he was able to put together all the necessary title pieces to get us closed in a very short time. I'd use him for all my Colorado Real Estate needs.

It was such a pleasure working with Nick. He was able to sell my house in TX eight years ago for cash offer, above asking price, and has assisted me in trying to find a house last year here in CO. Nick is excellent in his communication, timeliness and negotiations. He also explained all of the information to make it easy to understand. Very trustworthy and goes above and beyond to take care of things when I was working and could not be there.
