Nico Wells

Hi! My name is Nico Wells and I’m very grateful that you’ve taken a moment to visit my page! If you’ll grant me a moment more I’d like to introduce myself. I have called Denver my home since I moved here in 1995. I immediately fell in love with everything this beautiful state has to offer and the folks that live here. Technically you could call me an “Empty Nester” but I still have my fiance' and puppy at home! I am the mother of three beautiful children and have been blessed with three beautiful grand-children. My fiance' is a big supporter of mine, works for the Air Force and races super late model race cars here in Colorado!

I was raised in a military household and was fortunate to have a family that loved to travel and I experienced many different cultures while living all over the globe. That came at a price however. I never really had a place to call “Home”. I truly recognize the value of establishing roots and having a home of your own! While living in Naples, Florida for a short time I began my career in Real Estate and discovered that helping people find and buy homes is something I truly enjoy doing. The satisfaction of helping someone’s dream come true is indescribable! So Denver is my home now! Since moving back I returned to school to finish obtaining my real estate license and I have also obtained my SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation. My dream, my goal, my source of satisfaction is not selling you a house but helping you find your home.
