Nicole Easterday

Nicole grew up in a small Midwest town, where she learned the value of hard-work, honesty and integrity - three things she brings into every personal and business relationship. Though she grew up in a tiny town, she’s traveled to 13 countries and lived in The Netherlands, Manhattan, San Francisco, Berkeley, Oakland, and San Leandro. Nicole has loved homes and real estate as long as she can remember, but she also ran a small local education-focused business for more than a decade, spent 10 years in high-touch customer-oriented sales and worked at a law firm drafting purchase and sale agreements. Needless to say, she knows how to get hard things done with a smile on her face, and is looking forward to bringing that enthusiasm to your home purchase and sale.

Fourteen years running a 5-star farm-to-table retail and education business means Nicole knows how to offer the highest level of customer service in addition to having an eye for lovely kitchen design, edible gardens and entertainment spaces. Her experience as an Oakland/Berkeley-based small business owner separates her from the pack of other agents when it comes to the tenacity to manage countless details, negotiate a contract or complete a complex transaction on a tight timeline.

Nicole currently serves on the Central County Marketing Board for the Bay East Association of Realtors, where she spends every Wednesday helping local real estate agents network and learn more about what's new in the industry. She also serves as a Trustee for the Bay East Foundation; she’s well respected in the real estate community and values her ability to collaborate with agents on the other side of every transaction as she works to secure the best outcome for her clients. Nicole was Rookie of the Year in her first two years in the business and has been in the top 10% of Bay Area REALTORS® since her first full year in real estate. In 2024 (the last year measured) she was among the top 5% of REALTORS® in Alameda County.
