Nicole was super helpful in assisting my roommate and I in finding an apartment. We did not have a lot of time to find a place and Nicole still managed to make the process simple and stress free. She did a great job finding numerous places within our budget and handled just about all back and forth communication between us and the landlords. I 100% recommend using Nicole as your realtor when looking for a place to live (especially when in a time crunch).

It was such a pleasure to find a realtor who cared so much about meeting the needs of our family. Nicole took the time to listen to all of our "necessity" list but also made it her mission to find a home for us that met the items on our "want" list. Because she got to know us so well, she was able to weed out prospects that were not quite the right fit for us---and saved us from driving around Chester County looking at "all" the homes on the market!

As much as I love our new home, I look forward to the opportunity of working with Nicole again in the future. I know we will be in good hands.

We are extremely happy that we chose Nicole as our Real Estate agent.
Throughout the sale process, Nicole has been professional, diligent, honest and helpful (more about that later). She impressed us during our first meeting, when she came prepared with a binder that included local real estate market analysis and neighborhood home market value.
We never felt pressured into anything, like choosing the listing price or choosing an offer. We were always presented with pros and cons, but Nicole always stressed out that it was our decision.
I think the most valuable thing to us, was Nicole’s willingness to help. There was never any hesitation nor excuse for being busy or not having time. Since we moved out of state before completing home sale, we had to rely on multiple occasions on Nicole’s help to be at our home for inspections, repairs and some basic home care.
We highly recommend Nicole, as she carried out the home selling process smoothly and without unnecessary stress.
