NICOLE RICH

Nicole was born in San Diego, CA, but she moved Colorado when she was seven years old and has lived there ever since. Nicole and her family live in Loma where she and her husband, Jason, love raising their two children, Aiden and Reagan.

Nicole has been in real estate for about seven years now. She works as the broker and owner of Nicole Rich Realty and Down Home Demo and Design. Before entering the world of real estate, Nicole was a stay-at-home mom for her two kiddos.

Her intimate knowledge of Grand Junction and experiences of having lived there almost her whole life gives Nicole enthusiasm and a desire to make her home your home! Truly, she loves Western Colorado, and she loves her job! Nicole is driven and just as dedicated, and she strives to make her client’s real estate goals a reality by being there for them from closing and beyond.

Nicole loves the outdoors and spending time with my family and friends. She is also a renovation fanatic, and loves restoring old homes and bringing forgotten spaces back to life. Her second company, Down Home Demo and Design, has become another passion of hers. She loves revamping clients’ homes and making their dreams a reality.
