As Nicole Roldan worked and grown in this real estate business since 2012 and met so many fantastic people, she thought it might be nice to share a little about herself and her journey! First and foremost she's a mom to 4 beautiful children and enjoys raising them with her husband, John! After growing up in the Imperial and San Joaquin valleys in California, they chose to move their family back to Idaho where her parents were raised as 4th generation Idahoans. They've now lived in Boise since 2008 and can't imagine living anywhere else! They love hiking in the foothills, skiing, and spending time in McCall! Her favorite past time by far, though, has to be attending her kids’ sporting events.
Nicole's path to real estate was unique as it is for many! Her mom was a Realtor so she grew up learning the ropes - touring hundreds of houses with her and her clients, helping her in the office, and after college, assisting her with her business. She graduated from UCLA and taught high school for 7 years and while she loved teaching, she knew she always had real estate in her blood. Since making that transition she has become passionate about helping buyers and sellers find exactly what they need, providing the highest level of professionalism, and intimate knowledge of Boise real estate.
Nicole has been so grateful for every connection, friendship and opportunity that has come her way.
