A fifth-generation Loma farmer’s daughter, Nicole knows and loves the Grand Valley. She feels a special connection to the land and the lifestyle it provides to all who call it “home”. Nicole and her husband, Carlos, also own a residential construction company, Alta Home Builders, and they build all across the Grand Valley. Her building background brings knowledge and experience from the building industry to the real estate process. Needless to say, Nicole understands homes inside and out.
When she’s not working, Nicole loves to mountain bike, ski, sing, camp, spin, hike, float the river, host parties, and hang out with her 3 wild boys and husband. A graduate of Fruita Monument High School and the University of Notre Dame, Nicole uses her diverse background to guide clients throughout the entire buying process. Nicole grew up here and loves this community. She is concluding a six-year term on the board of the Rocky Mountain Health Foundation. She is Secretary of Housing & Building Association of Western Colorado. Previous community service includes the Marillac Health Board, St. Mary’s Ethics Committee, St. Mary’s Hospital Volunteer Interpreter, Western Colorado Latino Chamber of Commerce Founding Board Member, The Cycle Effect Biking Coach, Sacred Heart Church Choir Member, and Child and Migrant Services Volunteer. She also worked professionally for a decade in the non-profit world and continues striving to making Western Colorado a stronger, more unified community.
