I have been with Realty One Group Dockside for almost a year. I am going into my 3rd year in real estate, and just began my second year in new construction. I am a Native here to South Carolina, a Waccamaw Indian actually. Living in Horry County gives me the chance to learn about all the history that my family brought here. My husband, daughter and I enjoy being so close to the rivers here, summers are fabulous with a boat launch in the neighborhood!! I'm in my last semester to graduate with my Associates degree in business. I do most of my business in Conway, Myrtle Beach, Georgetown, and surrounding areas providing responsive, and attentive real estate services. We are so happy we found Nicole. We had no idea about the market in South Carolina. We moved to North Carolina just under a year ago from Denver, CO. Nicole worked tirelessly for us. She went to at least a dozen+ different homes for us and did virtual tours. She knows the market very well. She was prompt with answering any questions we had. We just felt that she ALWAYS had our best interest at heart. Not just a sale. She's patient, knowledgeable in her field and has an absolutely wonderful personality. Don't think twice about calling Nicole for any real estate needs. We highly recommend her.
