Born and raised in Minneapolis, MN, Nicole left the harsh winters of the Midwest to study Marketing and Public Relations in college before she ultimately made the permanent move to Los Angeles in 2007. During her senior year in college, Nicole began a successful career as a marketing consultant. Hard work, commitment, drive, dedication, and most importantly, a foundation of ethics are the innate characteristics that led to her early professional success and lay the groundwork for her unique talents as a real estate agent.
As a Marketing Consultant, Nicole supported a multitude of multinational corporations in a myriad of ways, most notably with brand strategy, product launch campaigns, sales support, vendor negotiations, and customer outreach. These skill sets have provided her with a keen insight on consumer habits as well as the state of the marketplace, which has translated well into the real estate sector, where she is able to advise clients on regional and national trends.
Tying the common threads of her educational and vocational backgrounds, Nicole launched into a career in real estate. Always a loyal and fierce advocate of her clients’ best interests, Nicole has an extraordinary ability to negotiate and come up with creative solutions in order to execute any deal. Known for her unwavering integrity and candor, Nicole will not advocate any deal unless she is confident it is the right move at the right time. She is always looking two steps ahead and considering the long-term financial payoff for her clients.
Nicole has experience representing a wide range of clientele from first time buyers and sellers to celebrities, executives, and other high-profile individuals. Resulting from her range in clientele, she has developed the ability to fulfill many different roles during the transaction process. From salesperson to buyer’s advocate, analyst, advisor, consultant, negotiator, and marketing specialist she will adapt to provide her clients the support and skills they need. Above all, she always has a meticulous, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
Nicole is an avid beach volleyball player and succulent gardener and lives with her husband and their two dogs.
