Nicoli is an amazing realtor! He helped us with the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new one in record time, and exceeded our expectations along the way! We had a lot of work to do on our old home, and he was able to provide contacts for us and even reached out to some of them on our behalf. Nicoli has a contact for everything! We always knew we were in good hands with the people he recommended. We could always count on Nicoli to answer our calls or texts whenever we needed him. It was very reassuring! He is an excellent negotiator and he kept us focused and comfortable during the process of negotiations. He helped us take the emotion out of the equation when it started to consume us (selling your home can be very emotional!).

When it came to buying our new home, Nicoli helped us organize our priorities (location, price, size, etc.) and took so much of his time driving us around to view different properties. He always gave us his honest opinion about everything, helped us ask the questions we didn't even know we had, and eventually found us our new home that checked all the boxes!

We can't imagine having done any of this without Nicoli's help and would highly recommend him!

We can't say too many good things about working with Nicoli! He made the process of buying a home so easy, painless and fun — which, in a very crowded market, is really saying something. We ended up finding the perfect house for our growing family and could not have put the pieces together without his guidance and his excellent referrals for everything from mortgage brokers to insurance agents. Everything about our experience was organized, informative and as stress-free as possible. Highly recommended!

I interviewed three agents before deciding who to work with for the sale of my townhouse and the purchase of a duplex. Nicoli Holm of TheHomGroup impressed me with his knowledge of the real estate market and put me at ease immediately. I signed with him on a Thursday, toured duplexes on Friday, listed my townhouse on Saturday and sold my townhouse and bought a duplex on Sunday. This all went very quickly and Nicoli was there to answer all my questions and address my concerns, and there many.
