I was referred to Nikita by my aunt whom she had just represented in buying a new build. Since the day I was introduced to her she has been on top of everything! She was able to get me linked with the proper people to educate me on preparing for my first home, a lender that really offered low rates and down payment assistance, and overall was incredibly supportive and encouraging during this whole process. Working with Nikita has made a very difficult process much more smooth. My husband and I decided to build a home (our first home) during a pandemic. One would think that a realtor isn't necessary if you're building. Not so. These days builders are cutting corners and Nikita helped to make sure everything was done well. I appreciate her because she made sure we received our alta statement which the builder should've provided at least 24-48 hours in advance of closing by law. Unfortunately, as our builder drug their feet, Nikita was on it! We didn't know we needed it but she did and we were able to close on time, having all of the paperwork because of her. I would recommend Nikita to anyone looking for a home. She cares about each and every client, she's very responsive, attentive to each need/request, and she will make sure that you have the house you want before you get to signing/close.

I didn't believe she could do it because I had been looking for more than a year with no success. Ms Nikita is an absolute angel. She has helped me in soooo many ways with my credit, the home owners process, understanding how credit works and helping me to pay bills on time. I was at a low 500 and now I’m in the low 600s within just 2 months. If I keep it up I will be able to start my home owners process in August and own my home in October. Best realtor ever, this was my first home buying experience. And nikita was referred to me by a friend. She walked me through the whole process. Made it simple and easy for me. I had a very particular house I was looking for under a budget. Which could not of made her job easy. And my schedule was hard to work with as well, she would take my calls at 11 12pm some nights just to answer my questions, But she found exactly what I wanted and she even got the seller to drop the price for me and negotiated the seller to pay me. Even after we bought the house which is when most realtors say bye, she still checks in and make sure everything is good.. You can't beat that. She will be my realtor for life and I refer her to everyone I know when they start looking to buy or sell their home.

My husband & I decided to sell our home & buy another home. In a time that would normally be very stressful (buying & selling at the same time), Nikita made it VERY easy. She explained step by step the process (we had never sold a home before), gave us lender & repair referrals, and was extremely honest & upfront & respected our decisions in picking out a house. She kept in constant contact with us either by text or phone calls & allowed us to call her any time with questions. She worked very hard for us to get the deal done. We still check on each other every now & then because she's THAT kind of person! I never plan on buying/selling again, but for anyone that is, I would ONLY recommend Nikita. Spent a lot of time finding the "right" realtor to assist with selling my grandmother's house as part of an estate sale after she passed away. Called Nikita because I wanted a realtor with experience in the Indy, Avon, and Greenwood markets to leverage possible investment opportunities for my grandmother's property. When I called her, her no-nonsense, professional approach and style impressed me. I knew she was the realtor for me. Her experience and instincts translated over to the Terre Haute market no problem. It turns out she had a lot of experience with the Terre Haute market and had just closed on an estate sale a few days before we spoke. Her care and attention to detail were invaluable. Her instincts were right on. We had the house sold in the timeframe and within the price range she had predicted. I put everything in her hands and was not disappointed. Having her as a realtor was a huge weight off my shoulders. Would definitely recommend her to anyone without hesitation.
