Nikita and Munesh stepped in just in time of me needing to sell my home! Nikita called me one day asking if I were still selling and wanted to help me! I could hear the eagerness and motivation in her voice so I told my husband I want HER!! Not knowing she was apart of a Dream team that included her husband! They were polite, didnt cut corners, explained everything even when I called late at night frustrated with something I didnt understand! They are family now! Nikita and Munesh both are awesome realtors and great human. They helped us find our first home. We are extremely grateful for their help, advise and eagerness to clarify any questions or concerns a first time home buyer like us would have.

We, as a first time home buyer with limited knowledge about home buying process, both Nikita and Munesh made it extremely smooth and easy.They explained each step of the home buying process in detail and were extremely patient with all our questions and clarifications. Even after showing more than 8-10 houses, they were eager to help us find something that would meet all our requirements.

We have to also mention about their flexibility. They were prepared to show any house to us with limited or no prior notice (Not to mention the house we bought was toured by us around 8pm with no prior notice only because of their flexibility ).

Even after the closing, they continue to help us by clarifying any questions or concerns.
We really appreciate all their help.

We had a wonderful experience with both Nikita and Munesh and would recommend them to any home buyer seeking their dream home.

It is hard to fit in all the help they have offered to us in this review.

But lastly, I would like to thank both Nikita and Munesh for all their help and expertise.

my interaction with Munesh occurd even before I started looking at the condo. I was interested in selling my house so I had a few questions which he was happy to answer and kept it professional. I liked ridgley Manor and was trying to find a large condo with bedroom downstairs. As soon as it came on the market within five minutes he called me and asked me to meet him in 15 minutes bed I was able to buy in the condo with He’s assistance. What are you like the most us is available anytime I call to answer any questions I may have been very professional and responsive. I highly recommend them if you are in the process of buying or selling your home.
