I am so grateful and lucky to have found Nikki! She came recommended from a family member and I felt like I was working with a friend of family. As a first time home seller, she made me feel comfortable and confident each step of the way with expertise, patience, and kindness. I was unsure if I wanted to rent or sell. She was supportive and offered help with both options, providing information from experience with both. She is incredibly responsive, even when I asked the same question multiple times but didn't commit the answer to memory. Being local to the area, Nikki was able to suggest contacts to work on the home to prepare it for selling which was a huge help. She also provided excellent financial breakdowns that were complete and transparent. When it came time to putting the house on the market, things moved fast. I credit her idea to stage the house, her excellent photography of the home including drone pictures, and advertising for getting multiple offers. I will absolutely work with Nikki again.

I met Nikki by chance seeking info on one of her properties & was so glad I did! Even though we didn’t purchase the first property I had inquired about (it wasn’t built yet) Nikki & her team worked quickly & efficiently to help us close on another home. I wasn’t even sure we were in a position to buy - a house popped up with all our “wants” & we gave it a go! Not even 3 weeks in & we were able to close. Nikki answered all our questions & when we went to negotiate against another party she made sure to keep us calm & eased our emotions. I can't even begin to express the gratitude and respect I have for Nikki. We've run in to some huge roadblocks trying to sell my uncles property so we can move him closer to us. I wouldn't hesitate a second referring Nikki and her team to family, friends and beyond for your real estate agent needs. Nikki put 100% of everything at her disposal to task to sell my home, and it happened in just a few days, in what is now a tough real estate market. A house needs to be priced right and advertised right to have it stand out, and that's exactly what she did! I have been appraising residential real estate for 25 years, I knew who to-go-to in order to get my house sold!
