Born in Texas and raised in the South, Nikki’s enterprising spirit eventually led her away from the corporate America she conquered in the 90s toward new, sun-drenched opportunities at the beach. In 2001, she packed up everything from her Atlanta home and headed for this 19-mile stretch of paradise in northwest Florida known to the locals by the county road that winds through it: 30A. Keeping only her “must have” possessions: a wine collection, a laptop, some beach attire, and two bicycles; one for the boardwalk and one for the road, Nikki put roots down in the sand .
Passionate about the place and a long-time enthusiast of good food, Nikki sought to combine her two loves. First, she began working in Real Estate, quickly becoming (and remaining today) one of the top 5% Realtors in the area, helping buyers find their dream beach homes. Then, she turned her attention to food, bringing her knowledge of fine ingredients and wine to life in Cowgirl Kitchen, where the concept is simple: create fresh, delicious food in a casual setting with quick, friendly service – making it easy for friends to come in for their favorite meal or get great food to go.
Nikki has consistently ranked as a top producer on the Emerald Coast since 2002. Named Rookie of the Year with Keller Williams for 2003, she became a founding member of 30A Keller Williams Real Estate Group in 2004. Nikki has received five Platinum, one Double Platinum, two Gold, two Bronze Awards for sales, including being honored with recognition as the Top Agent in 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015. With over 300 homes sold, Nikki has 1/4 of a Billion in transaction experience on 30A.
Expertly combining both real estate and restaurant professions are a perfect fit for Nikki. A natural hostess and connector, her real estate clients visit Cowgirl Kitchen often (sometimes for 3 meals a day when they are in town!) and Cowgirl Kitchen customers often become real estate clients. And as Nikki remarks “everyone becomes friends!”
