About Nima

As a Los Angeles native from Santa Monica, Nima began his real estate career in 2003. He views LA as a mecca of art and architecture in all of its unique neighborhoods, and he has never found a reason to leave this city he calls home. Nima knows its neighborhoods inside and out, and he feels fortunate to have developed his real estate career here.

While earning his Bachelor's degree in finance, Nima accepted a part-time position as an assistant to a top-producing Realtor in Beverly Hills. Shortly after, he acquired his real estate license, making him the youngest Realtor in the office at the time. He immediately fell in love with his work and made it a way of life.

At one point, when the market quieted, Nima took a break from real estate and created an art and architectural portfolio that earned his acceptance into all of the top California universities that offer a Master's degree in architecture. His love for real estate, however, outweighed the opportunity, and he stayed in the business.

Helping people find their new home has allowed Nima to utilize his familiarity with Los Angeles, his education in finance, and his appreciation for architecture – all in one enjoyable, creative way.
