Nina is the best realtor I have worked with. She knows the market she knows fair pricing and she thinks of everything. She also listens to what clients are looking for. Of the first 3 listings she sent I wound up buying. Despite doing my due diligence of scouring the web multiple database listings I could find anything I liked better than the 3 she picked.
