We were out of town landlords who needed to sell our rental property in Sacramento. Having been a rental for 8 years, the house was in terrible condition. Noah referred us to trustworthy, reasonable priced contractors, painters and landscapers to have the place completely overhauled quickly. He even oversaw the entire project from the beginning to the end. We never had to drive to Sacramento during the whole selling process. We received multiple offers and it was pending on the second day after listing! If you want your house sold quickly with top dollars, look no further. You can rely on Noah with full confidence. He is honest, professional, reliable and knowledgeable. He knows his stuff!

As first time home buyers, we didn’t know where to start when it came to finding a realtor, but Noah was recommended to us with high regards from a friend who had bought and sold a few houses with him. Noah answered all of our questions and was very straightforward when it came to valuing houses and telling us what to look out for. In short, he is not just there to make a sale, he’s there to help you find the home you want at the price that you want to pay. He was even helpful after the sale - we reached out to him a few months after we bought the house to get some recommendations for contractors, electricians, etc. when we were ready to do some house projects. I highly recommend him to people who want to work with an honest, responsive, and knowledgeable realtor.
