Noel Berk

The Mercedes Berk Team ranks as the number one producing team in North America at Engel & Völkers in 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018. Noel Berk is a member of the Engel & Völkers Chairman's Circle and Engel & Völkers Private Office. The team was responsible for the third-largest sale in New York City in 2016, which was the 10th-largest residential sale ever recorded in the city.

Noel Berk’s real estate career consists of land development, representing buyers and sellers of major office buildings in Manhattan, management of the entire Saks Fifth Avenue portfolio throughout the United States, and marketing commercial real estate assets in excess of $2 billion before transitioning into residential real estate sales 15 years ago. Noel has an MBA in executive management. She is a Real Estate Board of NY’s Sales Broker Committee member.

Noel serves on the board of 15 Central Park West and is also an active member of the Central Park Conservancy.
