Hello, my friends! I am Noemie! I call you a friend because every one of my clients has become my friend.
Here is a little about me. I was born in France and moved to Colorado at the age of 6. I am the daughter of a charismatic, entrepreneurial Frenchman, and a hard-working, no-nonsense, horseback riding woman from Wyoming. They taught me about hard work, competency, honesty, integrity, as well as compassion, and empathy, and how to have fun, (the fun part came mostly from my dad (Papa) but my mom did have the best throw-your-head-back kind of laugh.
I started my life quickly, becoming a mom at 21. I had 2 boys who have now become young men, and I even have a granddaughter, whom I adore so much! I am very much an animal lover and have always had dogs, cats, and various other animals throughout the years. I love to be in the mountains, whether it's skiing or hiking, or camping. I also love to sing, dance, paint, and volunteer in the community.
In my 20's I obtained an AAS degree in respiratory therapy. I worked as a respiratory therapist in the ICUs at University Hospital, and later as a traveling respiratory therapist for Apria Healthcare. During that time I obtained a BA degree in Psychology, which allowed me to go into the realm of marketing as a Respiratory therapist. I became a clinical liaison/Marketing coordinator for a Physical Rehab Hospital. That was fun but I had an opportunity to run a Hardwood Flooring Company which I did for several years.
Then, in 2017 I bought and fixed up a house that I sold 5 months later for $100k more than what I paid for it. It was quite an experience and besides teaching me a lot about structure, drywall, electricity, painting, etc, it caused me to want to get my license in Real Estate. I didn't know then how passionate I would become about not just fixing up homes, but selling and helping people to buy them too!
Real Estate has become a huge part of my life and I love it! Being the best at what I do is important to me! I want each one of my clients to feel so well cared for that they tell everyone they know what a great experience selling or buying their home with me was.
