I don't know what we would have done without Nylora. We had to clean out and sell our Mom's house quickly after her passing--from out of state. Nylora came recommended by a friend who knows her personally. I've never sold a house and had no ideas on the process. After my grandfather died, I knew I had to sell his house. Like I said, I didn't know the process. I called Nylora and she was super helpful and kind from the start. She explained everything and I never once was made to feel Like a fool. I didn't understand half of what she was telling me and so she explained it. As time went on, she called or texted to see where I was in the process of an eviction and was very patient. Finally, we were able to meet and get the house on the market. Before the house was even listed, we already had interested parties. The house was listed only a few days and an exceptional offer was accepted. Within less than 30 days, the closing took place. If you're looking for someone who is super helpful and will work for you, Nylora is your realtor. Give her a call. You'll be glad you did.

I’ve known Nylora since we were kids. Such a sweet gal. I had just fired the first realtor I was working with and I needed someone who could get the job done, and quickly. A mutual friend suggested Nylora and I called her right away. She got back to me within an hour and was at my house the next morning to talk business. In about 2 weeks time she had a buyer for my house and I actually made some money for a home I had only been in for 10 months. We closed in less than a month from our first conversation. Hello World!! I would just like to Thank Seekers and Sellers Realty Group for the sale of our two-family home in Nashua. This was a complex sale as we wanted to preserve the current tenant that had been with us for 10 years and at the same time, a fast sale. In all that we had other issues that need to be taken care of before the new owners took possession. We so pleased that the winning bid was a wonderful young lady that been looking and getting out bid, time after time. Nylora Bruleigh is an very professional realtor. My esteem for her began on first meeting when her estimate of the house's value in a chaotic and changing market was dead on. Later the appraisal would come in exactly at that figure. The energy she brought to the process was phenomenal. This was an estate sale and I was at a distance for much of the time. Nylora was always a step ahead of me getting the house ready. She did most of the leg and phone work. She was patient as I negotiated with the other inheritors. She turned on a dime while the estate attorney reworked documents at the last minute that were needed immediately. She negotiated skillfully through the offers we received, pointing out the good and bad points of each so we could make a good decision. She was always pleasant and gracious even when I was frustrated. On the day of the closing, she was there with a hurt foot ready to steady us through the final moments of the sale. Finding your dream home can feel like a daunting process. Nylora somehow managed not only to make that process feel manageable, but was also incredibly receptive to exactly what we were looking for in a home and made the search efficient and most importantly, enjoyable. Not only was she thoughtful with regards to what we were looking for, but her attention to detail with the houses that we saw was incredible. If she thought something seemed funny or could be an issue she didn’t hesitate to say it, and if she truly thought something was a wonderful perk that the home had she made sure to voice that too. She was just so personally invested in making sure we found the perfect home for US that we never felt rushed or coerced in to looking at a house that wouldn’t be a great fit. She is an absolute power house when it comes to getting things done and knows the process of buying a home inside and out. She was available every single time we needed to discuss something with her (which was very, very often) or wanted to look at a home, and was so prompt with her responses we felt like we were her only clients. Nylora was an absolute Leader when it came to the sale of our home. When searching for realtors to work with, Nylora stood out as an experienced professional with focus and passion for what she does. Our family was still occupying the home during the time of the sale and Nylora offered great advice to make small adjustments to the layout of the furniture to really improve utilization of the space in every room. She did an amazing job capturing our home in photographs to use for the listing - capturing the home the way every homeowner wants their home to be seen. I was faced with having to sell my house and find something smaller as I had to downsize due to medical issues. This was the most stressful thing I have ever been thru. We needed a place that would accept my 2 disables dogs, a cat, and 2 birds. Not an easy task! And on top of this, I needed to be able to close and move in on the same day of the selling of the house. Nylora listened to what I was looking for, and never lost sight of that. To my surprise, and relief, she did it. Even in this hard to find a home market, this little girl did it with lots of work and late night emails to me.
