In a crazy COVID world, the buying process is difficult. It's way more difficult with a client like me! Nysa was amazing every step of the way. With all the bad luck and issues I brought to her, she always found a way to power through and make progress. I honestly believe I couldn't have completed the buying process without her. Nysa Rayno did an excellent job helping me to find my new home. She listened to me to find out what l was looking for and diligently started to find properties that were of interest to me . When we found the house that had everything I wanted, she set up inspections that were done by someone who had me, the buyers best interests in mind and did a thorough inspection to make sure there were no hidden or unfound problems.She made my house buying process worry free and easy.

Nysa was great to work with, and stayed on top of communication throughout the entire process. When you're an agent on the other side of the transaction it's such a relief and benefit to both parties, when you are working with a buyers or listing agent that is transparent, positive, and solution oriented. This makes for a smooth transaction and reduces the chance for miscommunication and avoids stressful situations for both sides. My 21 year old granddaughter Kayla and her boyfriend are under contract to buy their first home! Kayla started working with Nysa last year, but couldn't find anything in her budget. Nysa stayed in touch with Kayla and me over the past year to let us know that she was ready to help when Kayla was ready to start looking again. After showing Kayla several homes this summer, one home came up that was in the neighborhood she grew up in and loved (2 blocks from my home). Nysa goes above and beyond the call of duty. Not only did she work hard for Kayla, she asked the selling agent questions of what their client needed. In this case, the seller needed to stay in the home after closing so they had time to find a new home. That information gave Kayla the opportunity to write a letter to the homeowner which helped her win over a stronger offer that was presented to the seller the same day Kayla made her offer. Nysa made herself available to show homes on the same day that she was called, gave expert advice to her and also referred Kayla to a great lender who was able to get them down payment assistance. I had worked in real estate development for about 30 years and met a LOT of Realtors over that time. To say that I am impressed with Nysa is an understatement.
