Where do I start!!? Craig and Nick blew it out of the water with customer service and care. I always felt like I was dealing with the Ritz Carlton while working with them. Extremely responsive and always 10 steps ahead of me. They made me feel like I was top priority though I know they are helping so many others. Nick Drozd is an awesome realtor. Coming from Texas, and never lived in NC, my husband and I did not know where to start to look for a house with a limited budget. I found him online and he supported us tremendously during this exhausting home purchasing process. After the first conversation over the phone, he understood exactly what we were looking for. He is thorough, explained all the laws, regulations, and things that are different from Texas and answered my late calls (due to 2hr time difference) without being frustrated. Craig from Oasis represented us as buyers relocating from NY to Charlotte. It was an excellent customer experience. We definitely recommend him. From start to finish, Craig was knowledgable, professional and accessible. He is an excellent communicator and is fun to talk to. He was regularly available to answer our questions and to advise. He stayed on top of deliverables and really kept things moving forward. We were never waiting on him for anything. He was always on time or ahead of schedule. By extension, he kept *us* on schedule too, and made sure that we weren’t waiting too long on anyone else either, thanks to his prompt, clear followup.

At the start, he gave us a review of the process and what to expect. Next, he shared properties with us and developed a strong understanding of our preferences based on our feedback. We came into town and he provided us with a full schedule of property showings and he advised us of the differences between the options. Once we found the home that we wanted, he promptly put together an offer designed for acceptance, and it was accepted. He guided us through the process after that point and made sure that we made it to closing table. In the end, we found and purchased the home that we wanted for the price that we wanted with no headaches at a time when the market was at its craziest! Thanks Craig!

Nick and Craig were both excellent to work with. They were always on time and quick to communicate with us. When it was time to put offers on homes they researched comps to help us make competitive offers without over paying. Throughout our due diligence they coordinated all of the inspections and even had a tree company come out to give us quotes on removing trees leaning over the home.

They really helped us through the most stressful parts of the process including getting everything fixed after we discovered the well pump was not working on our final walkthrough only hours before closing, squeezing us in to see houses that were fully booked with showings, and acting quickly to help us put an offer on what became our house after the previous deal fell through.

WOW. It's not even fair to consider Nick a "Realtor" based on the general understanding of what a "Realtor" is and does. Nick is THE reason our family is relocating from New England, down to Charlotte NC. Nick had worked with us for nearly 5 months, during the WORST time to be a BUYER since before 2008. THE WORST TIME! Despite us significantly increasing our budget in order to accommodate the outrageous pandemic prices, Nick always kept us at bay to ensure we did not simply throw money at "just any house". Nick's knowledge of practically every area within, as well as outside of, Charlotte was a true blessing. We were enlightened about nearly everything, from the state bird to future business growth and development. Which areas are best suited for our lifestyle, etc.

Nick did a FULL analysis on every house we even CONSIDERED to express interest in. From neighborhood--comps--surroundings--you name it. Nick scheduled a showing for every house, providing us with a thorough video walk-through along with the intangible "gut-feeling" check.

There were numerous times that I texted Nick at 11PM, 2AM -- and received a response right away. I cannot recall a time that Nick did not answer his phone when I called--perhaps once? (and I believe he called me RIGHT BACK). Absolutely incredible responsiveness. Nick made us feel like we were his ONLY clients--and I must admit, I did get jealous when remembering he had others :-/

I don't know how he does it. The man does NOT SLEEP. There is NO WAY anyone is working harder than Nick. Even WEEKS AFTER PURCHASE he is STILL helping us with getting situated ... visiting/monitoring the vacant house ... getting services installed on our behalf... Nick is the definition of LOVING what he does for a living.

Nick provides celebrity white-glove treatment that is unparalleled. There is no other way to describe it.

Even after closing he has been available to help a city gal like me iron out the kinks of "home living skills". He is also very personable, flexible, and professional! He has a lot of confidence in his skill set and it shows in his negotiation skills, he is down to earth-which means a lot when you are working with someone who has to help you find your NEXT home! buying a house with Nick was really painless. He helped us through obtaining a pre-approval with David Brusa at American Security Mortgage and we found the perfect house in one day. Nick walked us through putting in an offer and helped us navigate a multiple offer situation where he had some great "out of the box" additions we could make while staying within our budget. Nick was always available whenever I texted with a rediculous question and was quick to respond. I would recommend Nick to my own mother and I did!

Thank you Oasis group and Nick Drozd! After aimlessly searching for about two months with a realtor who just emailed me listings above my budget a friend linked me up with Nick. From day 1 Nick educated and explained to me everything I wanted and needed to know. He recommended me to lenders who catered to myspecific needs, were knowledgeable about grants in my area and overall helpful and friendly. I also feel Nick paid attention to home features that matterd to me most, genuinely listened to my concerns and helped me find solutions. Thank you so much to Nick Drozd at Oasis Group for helping us purchase our first home! Nick has been there non-stop from the beginning. He has listened to everything we said we wanted and didn't want in a home. He was available evenings (after my work hours) and early weekend mornings into late afternoons to show us the newest and latest houses on the market. He respected our budget and offered great advice on different aspects of this process. Nick helped us create an irrefusable offer still within our limits. (Good thing, with 4 other offers on the table for the sellers). When we hit some rocky waters way outside our control, Nick was on our side "fighting" for us and making sure everyone else was doing their parts to get us into our dream home as quickly as possible. We cannot be thankful enough for Nick's outstanding service!
