Oksana is a professional and experienced real estate agent. She is well-informed of the land buying process and walked us through every step, from finding lots/land to closing. She never pressured us to buy anything that we did not like or fit our needs for future building plans. Her patience and explaining things are her greatest strength as a realtor. She went above and beyond for us, to visit properties and sending pictures and details, as we do not live in the state in which we purchased the land. My husband and I were happy working with Oksana to find a best mountain property for us.

Oksana admirably accomplished finding a real home for my COVID generation job market son. Despite these very difficult times for Buyers, with more than one lost opportunity due to bidding wars. In the end, managed to acheive some semblance of a "normal" transaction. And, yes, "Dad" did have to be involved a bit, which is why I am doing this review. Excellent financing coordinated, inspections and other pre-closing activities diligently worked, accomplished. All went well at closing. The net? Kudos to Oksana.

I met Oksana by chance and after speaking with her and finding out she was in real estate I knew I had found the agent for me and my plans for my home purchase! Even though we did most of our business long distance due my employment, everything we found the home I was in search of and everything was completed. Oksana had everything all set for inspections and all that was necessary for a smooth and trouble free purchase. I can't say enough about my pleasure dealing with Oksana and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a stress free and professional home purchase. Thank you again Oksana.
