Ola Manet

Ola Manet is an established real estate Broker licensed in 2005 after entering the field as a property finder, analyst, and project manager for investor flippers. Prior to pursuing real estate, she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at Sacred Heart University, and had a successful international career in IT which has served her well since real estate clients have increasingly relied on technology to facilitate the home buying and selling process with ease. She brings a high level of business acumen to transactions and knows how to effectively communicate the true value of a property; this combined with her ability to manage difficult negotiations has resulted in an extraordinarily high close rate. She is the type of Agent whose peers would gladly have her represent them in a transaction; thus, she has found herself to be the “Agent of Agents” in several instances over the years.

She continues to hone her skills with sales and leasing of luxury homes, restaurants, equestrian ranches, apartment buildings, REOs, commercial property including cell tower/rooftop antennas and vacant land in the greater Los Angeles area and beach communities. She has proven her ability to navigate a housing downturn and has sold and managed properties for several major banks and asset management firms. Her vast and varied real estate knowledge along with her extensive business experience gives her the utmost advantage in a highly competitive market.

Ola was also featured on the widely popular HGTV show “Selling LA” representing a celebrity client and knows how to use discretion and streamline transactions to manage time constraints when working with high profile and busy people.
