My real estate career began in 2007 and includes extensive transaction experience outside the United States, which is not reflected on U.S.-based platforms. That international background shaped how I approach preparation, negotiation, and risk awareness long before my Florida practice.

My work is grounded in a research-based academic background and international business experience. I rely on analysis, structure, and thoughtful planning rather than rushed decisions or high-pressure tactics.

I believe real estate transactions should feel controlled and well-explained at every step. My role is to anticipate potential issues early, communicate clearly, and guide clients through the process so there are no surprises along the way.

Based in Pensacola, I work with both local and relocating clients, including international buyers. I serve Pensacola and surrounding areas and work in English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
