Olivia was extremely helpful with our first home purchase + out of state move! We initially connected via phone to give Olivia an idea of what we were interested in and budget. She immediately sent us several listings and provided a lot resources in preparation for our purchase. Olivia gave us a tour of several neighborhoods and provided a detailed booklet highlighting each community and featured listings. She provided amazing guidance for submitting a competitive offer that was accepted fast! She helped to ensure a quick and efficient escrow and even helped with our virtual inspections and closing day walk thru.
