About Ollie

Son to New York natives, Lawrence Grant and Shelley Booth. My father
taught me about faith and discipline, but it was my mother who taught me
how to be a man.
Brooklyn was the place that groomed me. It taught me how to deal with
people from all walks of life and how to navigate through a big city.
In my teens my mother moved us to Duluth, Minnesota where I was
introduced to the differences in culture and understanding the nuances of
living in a small town.
My mother loved architecture and real estate so naturally I developed an
affinity for it. Attending UMD is where I met mentors who instilled in me
the power of believing in yourself to achieve whatever you want.
Soon after college, I went on to study real estate. I spent many years as
an appraiser and found that I was more suited to be in front of people
instead of behind a computer, so I switched my focus to the sales side of
real estate as an agent.
What I’ve realized in my journey is that life is a collection of memories and
experiences, so I try to share the best of mine with you.
