I am also currently representing various clients PAM, NRT REO Experts LLC., REO Management Solutions, PMH, Chase and Champion Mortgage, Nationstar, Reverse Mortgage REO experience handling assets tasks such as Occupancy Checks, CFK, BPO’s, MMR’s, researching possible liens, city code Violations, utilities, registering property with city, scheduling of vendors for emergency repairs, board ups, trash outs, Bid’s, evictions and using my proven marketing plan to get those non-performing assets sold quickly and at the highest possible value.

My goal is to continue to challenge myself on a daily basis through furthering my education in my field so that I can better serve my client base. I am always looking to take on new and exciting challenges pushing me to use my skills to the limit.
