Mr. Owen worked around my busy schedule that was so tight during winter. We mostly viewed houses late in the evening after i finished working and it was on snowy days. He was so punctual and keen to detail. He remained professional throughout the house search until closing of the house. His integrity is in a higher level. My experience working with Owen Kinyungu was epic. I moved out of Colorado to another state for work (East Coast). Owen provided detailed market analysis which gave me a clear picture that it was time to sell. Owen is very knowledgeable, courteous, reliable, and honest and advises you along the journey, giving both sides of the coin, but lets you make the final decision. He organized and made sure that the inspection repairs are completed. This was during the pandemic, but my house went under contract in two days and was sold at the listed price. Even though I was out of state, the entire process was seamless as if I was in Colorado. I highly recommend Owen, you will not be disappointed.

When I needed to sell my house, I chose Owen, and I'm so glad I did. He has a fixed price instead of a commission percentage, which saved me a ton of money! Not only was his price right, so was his service. Owen was recommended to me via a co-worker. I attended one of his classes on purchasing a home. He has some good information on what you need to do to get the best deal for your finances. The Mortgage groups he pointed me towards were much better then standard ones you find online. They saved me a lot! Owen keeps you in mind when showing you houses, stays on track all the way through the process. I really think he will do what's is best for you and he know professionals through out the industry to help with any home hiccups that may arise.
