I was looking for real estate in La Jolla, California and Ozstar and Robin - Team De Jourday, found me the ideal property that checked all the boxes within my price point. They never gave up on me and I made sure I had financing in place when it came time to make the big leap to home ownership. Ozstar drove me around to multiple properties before I chose one and that helped me a lot when it came time to comparing what I was buying to what I had seen. I cannot say enough about how much Team De Jourday has helped me and believed in me. They also helped us sell a family property that had been in our family since 1975. True professionals and really nice people, too. Could not be more happy and highly recommend this team to anyone needing just about any type of real estate agent services, including working with buyers, sellers, property management, etc. Aloha and mahalo Ozstar and Robin. I have nothing but praise for Oztar and Robin De Jourday. They helped our son and daughter-in-law sell their house and find another house in La Jolla, no small accomplishment given the lack of inventory. They know the business well and they are not only very professional, but also very upbeat and positive which makes the difficult process of selling and buying a lot easier.

Working with Ozstar and Robin has been a breath of fresh air. They are both incredibly knowledgable, detail oriented, and focused. Ozstar guided me through a complex multifamily transaction and leveraged his wide network to ensure that all inspections, deadlines, and action items were addressed promptly. To give you a brief example of how dedicated this team is to getting deals done - the Escrow company (who I would NOT recommend and decline to name here) required that our buyers documents be delivered to their office by an early morning deadline. Ozstar and Robin both took the initiative and drove to Los Angeles at 10pm at night to hand deliver the necessary documents and get the deal done. Have never seen a team so dedicated to excellence. Highly recommend 10 stars.

I had used Robin’s services when I purchased a home previously, so she was my first choice when I was selling. She was instrumental in quickly coordinating updates needed to the condominium in order to get the property on the market. She immediately held open houses, and her knowledge of the local market helped appropriately price the property. She kept me up to date on all the steps of the closing process, which occurred smoothly with no problems. I have no hesitation in recommending Robin to anyone who is buying or selling in the PB/La Jolla region.
