If I could give Pablo more stars, I would. He is the big brothers of realtors -- He will make you feel safe and secure while you are dealing with him while he is fighting for your rights against the many people you deal with while selling your home. I can't begin to express how grateful my family still is for his dilligent work in telling us how to prep our home all through the final paperwork, including any last minute hiccups.

He was ALWAYS accessible and would ALWAYS make time to alleviate fears, set down an expected plan and timeline, and hold hands through the end if needed. He is so real and kind that just being around him brings calm and peace. The moment you meet him, he comes ready to work. I was actually super surprised that for our first meeting he already had projected property prices, current market trends, and how we could expect to market our home during this time with all the unfiltered pros and cons of what to expect. I felt like I was making decisions with eyes WIDE open.

You will not go wrong with Pablo. Buying or selling your home, this man is exactly the person you want on your side. I will be contacting him when I'm ready to buy again and he's the only realtor I would trust with my family's property. Thank you, Pablo for everything.
