Paige Smith

Paige Smith, a native Floridian, grew up in Central Florida and has lived just outside of the Tampa Bay area since 2014. Relocating from South Florida for her husband’s career, and knowing they wanted to start a family, Paige made a career change. After spending seven years in Elementary Education, she dove headfirst into Real Estate. Paige specializes in helping buyers find the perfect home, matching her buyer’s wants and surpassing their needs. On the flip side, Paige has a keen eye for detail and educates her sellers so they can capitalize on the value of their homes. She has built a team that encompasses many trades so as to provide her sellers with the utmost service regardless of what help they may need. Paige is actively involved in her church and for the past four years has used her teaching talents to coordinate the children’s program. Paige and her husband love spending time with their 2 children who are their pride and joy. Paige is passionate about building a business where customers become like family and the majority of her business comes from referrals from past clients. Her mission is to professionally provide her customers with a seamless transaction, so they can begin building the life they love in the home they love.
