Pam Dent

For many years Pam Dent was a professional in the horse business: boarding, training, and selling horses. This experience gave her a respect for the environment, a love for the rural nature of Central Virginia, and a commitment to preserve the natural beauty that makes Central Virginia such a special place in which to live. As a horse property specialist, she has the knowledge that makes her ideally suited to work with the equestrian buyer or to market a client’s Charlottesville horse property.

Pam Dent is a native of Charlottesville Virginia, having moved here in the second grade. Although her family did not have a farm and lived in one of Charlottesville’s wonderful neighborhoods, Pam was lucky to have the opportunity to grow up exploring the Virginia countryside from the back of a horse. This experience allowed her to learn firsthand what a special gift it is to live in the heart of Virginia horse country. As a result, Pam developed a passion for the preservation of our natural beauty – gently rolling hills, pastoral views, all set against the backdrop to the Blue Ridge Mountains.
