We worked with Pam when we purchased our first home in Palm Harbor. We love her. She has kept up with us even after 3 1/2 years. She sends up calendars every year and cards on our birthdays and anniversaries. If we ever plan to sell and buy again, we'll definitely work with her again. We highly recommend Pam Cohn.

Pamela Cohn is an exceptional Realtor who has assisted me in three real estate deals within the past few years. The best thing about Pam is that her service is highly personalized, she really took the time to discover my needs and make sure I got the deal I wanted. The second great thing about Pam is she is incredibly knowledgeable about the legalities of real estate deals, so I always felt my interests were protected 100%. She is a great negotiator too, my three deals were completed successfully and to my satisfaction (2 purchases and 1 sale). Pam was introudced to me by a client who purchased a condo from Pam, I was a little aprehensive about dealing with some one in a differnt country that I 've not met proior, but Pam quickly put my concerns to rest. She immediately provided me with the available listings meeting my requirements . She kept doing this for a few weeks until I finally decided to take a trip to Tampa and see the units for my self. When I met Pam she immediately struck me as a pleasant, professional self assured well knowledgable person. In her presenting of the available units, she was candid about the problems some of the buildings have and even advised against buying any units in a certian building. At no time did I feel Pam being pushy or misleading, she did not fit into the sterotypical image of a pushy salesperson. She repatedly advised to take your time and not to rush into making a decision. Even after we made the offer, we discovered an issure with the fireplace , Pam suggested to make sure that I'm still willing to go ahead with the offer.
