I was a first time home buyer. I tried a few different agents before Pam and none of them were right for me. They never tried to educate me on what buying a house meant, they didn’t know anything about building codes and it seems they wouldn’t do their homework on the houses they would show us. They would always try to get me to offer my full budget on houses that weren’t worth it or they would just outright tell me that I couldn’t afford a space.

However, with Pam that experience was different. She actually made buying a house an amazing experience. I learned so much about buying and selling a house with her. She even took extra time to find answers to any and all we had if she didn’t know. She was familiar with building codes and any potential hazards the house might have, which I really appreciated as a new homeowner. Pam was patient and was willing and able to work within my almost impossible time-frame. She helped us figure out paperwork and always went over any piece of paper that we were to sign so that she knew we understood what we were agreeing to.

She didn’t have to dedicate as much time to us as she did, but she made finding us a home a priority. She was truly a blessing and we would recommend her to anyone that wants an easy and fun buying experience!

I went through a divorce in the last few years and Pam helped me find a start over home and then a forever home Pam is a professional and a great lady she' goes out of her way to get the job done l would recommend Pam Poughkeepsie to anyone selling or buying a home

Pamela Prough Definitely takes her profession to a whole new level. Watch out other realtors as the bar just went up. Not only does she take the time to find exactly what you want she also feels the need not to pressure or patronize as you see in so many other realtors. The love never stops with Pamela. You can truly tell you have met a person who wants the best for her clients. I wish her the best, but know it is not needed as her determination will continue to lead her in the right direction. Do not be foolish and disregard this one as it will be your mistake.
