From the moment we talked on the phone about the possibility of buying a home with her services right through to closing, Pam went above and beyond! Not only was she available to questions and concerns whenever we needed her, everyone we met associated with the process of buying a home (whether it was termite inspectors or other realtors) spoke of her very highly. She is the consummate professional, highly reliable, warm and accommodating but tough--she will get you what you want!

Our family needed to purchase a home long distance and she got us through it all incredibly smoothly. Other than the two days we had to look for a home in the area (she guided us there too with great success!), everything had to be accomplished long distance. It went off without a hitch, with the help of her son Michael who drove us around in his vehicle to every property, giving us savvy tips and information about the best neighborhoods and home upkeep along the way. Pam helped us find a beautiful home to fit our needs in a wonderful neighborhood. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Pam provided the services that you would expect of someone who was family. She was able to sell my house in an expedient manner and bring in top dollar. Pam is a great communicator and was service oriented during a very competitive housing market. She used her experience, resources, insight, and hard work throughout the selling process. Marie Iglesias and Ms. Pamela Ratcliffe were incredible to work with. We are 100% satisfied and will work with again in the near future. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They were also very flexible and came to each showing even when we could not be there. They also cheerfully coordinated and met with all other services including appraiser, and inspectors.
