Parker Boehle

Parker began his commercial real estate career in 2017 and has been specializing in the Los Angeles multifamily market with involvement in over 100 transactions. Prior to joining Northmarq, Parker spent five years at Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate where he served as a multifamily analyst. Parker has great experience assisting clients with their portfolios and helping them with disposition. Parker’s knowledge of the Los Angeles market, integrity and driven work ethic allow him to provide top notch service to all his clients in the real estate industry.

Residing in Manhattan Beach, Parker enjoys coaching, golf, and travel. He is also Manhattan Beach Surf Volleyball Club coach.

Parker earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in global studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2017. During his tenure, he competed on the Division 1 men’s volleyball team.
