Pascale Bassan

Pascale's life journey is truly unique, having grown up in France and carrying with her unmistakable French style and accent. From a young age, she held a dream of finding her own paradise in the world, which eventually led her to make Santa Barbara her home. Before embarking on her search, Pascale obtained a teaching degree and taught high school geography in a small village near the Luxembourg border. However, the subject she taught had a profound impact on her, and at the age of 22, she set off on an adventure to the Far East. Exploring countries such as Indonesia, Japan, India, Nepal, and immersing herself in their exotic cultures, Pascale eventually made her way to the West Coast and settled in Los Angeles in 1977.

Driven by her fascination with the Orient and Asian arts, Pascale established her own business, importing fine antiques from Asia. However, as she desired to start a family, she made the decision to move to Santa Barbara in 1981, drawn by its wonderful and family-oriented community. By 1990, with her two sons now in elementary school, Pascale was ready for a new challenge and embarked on a career as a Realtor. Since then, her extensive knowledge of the local community, warm rapport with clients, and business experience have successfully helped hundreds of families find their homes in Santa Barbara.

With a natural inclination for teaching and counseling, Pascale derives immense joy from informing and guiding her clients through the complexities of the real estate market, helping them achieve their dreams. Her unwavering commitment to high ethical standards, dedication, and expertise has earned her the loyalty and appreciation of her clients. Many of her long-term clients and numerous referrals they send her stand as a testament to her exceptional service—a true compliment that she cherishes. Additionally, Pascale's fluency in Italian and Real Estate Jargon adds further depth to her ability to communicate effectively with her clients.
