His goal is to be the only real estate professional you will ever need. Since 1978, Pat has been dedicating himself to helping clients to achieve their dreams, whether they are first-time home buyers, moving up in the market, relocating, or looking for more lifestyle wrapped in a smaller package. In 1980, he joined Windermere Real Estate/East, Inc. and has specialized in serving clients buying and selling in the Eastside area ever since.

Pat’s years of real estate experience paired with community involvement allows him to share with you in-depth knowledge of the Eastside—schools, neighborhoods, traffic patterns and more—not only for the present, but in projecting growth trends as well.
