We started the process of putting our home of 30 years up for sale in early October 2020.The covid 19 virus was in a quiet stage and looked like a good time to sell our home .Two to three weeks later it roared back.Pat,in both a personal and professional manner,guided us through a trying environment to get our house ready by late October. Two weekends later we had 6 offers on our house.We accepted one by Thanksgiving and were able to close by early January 2021.I am not certain that we would have considered keeping house up once virus got uglier were it not for Pat.There aren't enough stars allowed by site to show my true feelings for her.

Pat Tagliolini was recommended to us by a friend. When we met Pat we instantly liked her. She was forthright, thorough and answered all of our questions and even raised issues we had not considered. She gave us good advice about moving forward. We signed up with Pat but wondered whether we had signed up because we liked her so much and if that was clouding our objective decision-making about hiring a real estate agent.

Well -- she hit the ground running -- she has amazing energy --total comittment to her clients -- great ideas about preparing a house for sale and she really knows her business.

She staged a beautiful open house, tending to every detail and even choosing background music to go with the feel of our house. Offers came in and a sale followed quickly and smoothly.

Pat was there for us 150%. We remain good friends to this day. How many people can say that about their real estate agent ?? !!

We were delighted with the professionalism of Pat and her team. She made every aspect of the sale of our home so easy by guiding us through the process. In fact she and her design assistant helped us greatly with staging our home so effectively that we received multiple "over asking price" offers before we even had our open house, and we were able to close within six weeks! Not only that, her pleasant demeanor and friendliness were a joy to us!

My son died six years ago after an long illness. Because of that his house was in disrepair I am retired so was able to do a lot of the repairs myself. What I couldn't do I used contractors for. My other son lives in MD and was the executor but was not able to come to this area. Pat took care of selling the house for us and did a phenomenal job. She recommended contractors and various workmen that had to come to the house. She took away a lot of our headaches. I can't say enough about the job she did. I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell a house.

Working with Pat was fantastic. We made our home purchase entirely over the internet and Pat went way beyond the call of duty to make sure every thing was correctly done despite the time difference between locations. She produced videos and photos and coordinated all inspections and assessments in an extremely professional manner. She served as our proxy at the closing and held the sellers to every commitment they made. The sellers Realtor even commented that Pat was excellent to work with. Pat took time & effort to arrange for home inspector, electrician, fireplace , plumbing, roofing , septic contractors, photographer, stager/ pretty much everything! She was @ our house often and answered many questions that we might think of last minute.
She helped to put us at ease. She brought fresh flowers for the Open House and greeted over 60 prospective
buyers that day! If we had concerns or questions, we would call her & she’d give us an answer or get right back shortly w the answer. She always made herself available via phone. Pat was kind & gracious w other realtors who brought prospective buyers.
After our house was sold, Pat met us & treated us to lunch. She presented us w a Family photo album containing beautiful photos of
