Pat Wall

Her career started in 1977 at Van Schaack & Company in Cherry Creek. In 1990, she joined her colleagues who had formed The Kentwood Company. Pat is a Denver native and alum of the University of Colorado (chemistry). Her background is in the apparel industry (retail, wholesale & manufacturing her own clothing company: PAT ON THE BACK in Los Angeles.) This accounts for her excellent business knowledge and negotiating skills. Known for her creative marketing campaigns—she just launched her new website: cherrycreekrestaurants.com. The site is a continuation of her first promotional campaign from 1979 based on her list of Cherry Creek restaurants. The new website features her famous list of restaurants plus access to active listings. “Where is THE CHERRY” is Pat’s trademarked social media campaign that follows a 3 foot tall cherry around Cherry Creek.

She has served on the Board of Directors for Hilltop and University Park. In 2000 she started the University Park Home Tour. Her expertise extends from Cherry Creek to Cherry Hills.

She is adamant about real estate as the vehicle for funding a college education.
