Patrice Hallot

Originally from Paris, France, Patrice Hallot discovered Miami in 1989 as a fashion photographer, lived on Ocean Drive for a year and then returned to Paris to created Picture Perfect in making digital printing composite cards for models for French model agencies like Elite, Next, Karin etc. and some other European model agencies. In 1997, he moved from Paris to Miami to start Picture Perfect Miami and Picture Perfect New York to be the biggest composite card makers. He started living in a waterfront home in Stillwater Miami Beach in 1999. For the next 8 years, Patrice decided to buy waterfront homes, remodel them, and resell them. He worked alongside great teams of architects, engineers, general contractors, bankers, appraisal lawyers, construction workers, and roofers. Then, he decided to become a real estate agent in 2010 using the knowledge and skills from serving clients interested in waterfront homes. He has been able to experience what Miami was and what Miami became, now a Beautiful city being a multicultural, and international city. It is a unique place to build dreams and an adventurous city where you never get bored, which he enjoys and knows you will too. Finding a home is a unique experience for everyone.
